In Matthew 26:41Jesus said "Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

One of the most important ways of watching spiritually, is fasting. Jesus and the Apostles encouraged us to fast and pray.

Today is another Friday in November and we're all fasting. Make sure you go to church this evening for a special time of ministering to the Lord in prayer, and conclusion of today's fast. Be expectant also, for the Holy Spirit to minster to you specially.

At 12noon and 10pm, we'll pray for 15min in tongues and magnify the Lord in our spirits. Pray also for me as well as all our pastors and ministry leaders. God bless you.
