Children displaced by Boko Haram - Does the President have a plan?

Some of these children were displaced by Boko Haram. So far 1.6million Nigerians have been driven from their homes and at least 17,000 people killed in the 5 years Boko Haram came into existence.

I hope all these politicians fighting for positions in 2015 have a plan to curb this insurgency.
